The Polar Express™ Train Ride in Oklahoma City is a cherished holiday tradition hosted by the Oklahoma Railway Museum. Inspired by the beloved book and film, this immersive experience invited families to relive the magic aboard a real moving train.

As an assistant sound engineer, I worked inside the train for each ride, troubleshooting any handheld mics and running cues through QLab. The sound system was directly linked to the lighting system on board using Dante, and all the microphones were run using QSYS. This being my first time using either of the software, it was a valuable learning experience all in all.
